The First Chapter
Uganda. May 2026. Ten founding seats.
The founding meeting of the first CodeOn chapter is on 12th May 2026. Ten people will hold the Founding Spark title permanently. This is a moment that does not come twice.

Titles run parallel to levels. They can be won at any level, at any time. A Spark can hold a title that a Legend has not earned. Nobody in CodeOn is ever complete. Nobody ever stops competing.

Competition Titles are the purest form of recognition CodeOn offers. They are awarded at chapter, regional, national and Grand hackathon levels — and they are entirely objective. You built something. Innovation Titles are the hardest to earn in all of CodeOn. A plan does not qualify. A prototype does not qualify. A pitch does not qualify. What qualifies is a project that is running in the real world and demonstrably improving real lives — with evidence. The number of people it reached. The problem it eliminated. The change it caused. If you hold an Innovation Title, you have changed something that needed changing. That is permanent.
