CodeOn is a global movement where driven individuals come together in structured chapters to build real things, solve real problems, and grow through a lifetime system of levels, titles and recognition. This is where futures are built.
The founding meeting of the first CodeOn chapter is on 12th May 2026. Ten people will hold the Founding Spark title permanently. This is a moment that does not come twice.
CodeOn was built on one belief — that structured, disciplined, community-driven growth produces the kind of people who change the world. Not eventually. Now.
CodeOn was founded on the understanding that talent is everywhere — but structure, community and recognition are not. Too many brilliant minds work alone, grow without direction and achieve without acknowledgement. CodeOn changes that.
Every CodeOn chapter is a living, breathing engine of growth. Members bring real problems. Members build real solutions. Members present, challenge, evaluate and grow together — week after week, month after month, year after year. This is not a club you join. It is a standard you rise to.
The movement is designed to outlast any one person. It runs on a system — elected leadership, structured meetings, a universal charter — that means any chapter anywhere in the world operates at the same level of excellence. That is what makes it global.
Every level, every title, every recognition in CodeOn is backed by real evidence. What you build, what you solve, what you prove. Words without results mean nothing here.
CodeOn does not grow from the top down. It grows because members bring others, chapters birth chapters, and every person who rises makes space for the next. The community builds itself.
The problems CodeOn solves are rooted in the communities members live in. The standard of how they are solved is world class. Both things are true at once. That is the CodeOn way.
There is no finish line in CodeOn. A Legend still competes. A Pioneer still builds. The system is designed so that at every level, there is always something worth chasing — always a reason to keep going.
Every level in CodeOn is earned — not given, not bought, not voted on. Time, real projects and proven tests. The value of each level is protected by what it truly costs to reach it.
You have arrived. You have found people who think the way you think, who care about what you care about, who want to build the kind of things you want to build. You are learning the fundamentals — the language, the structure, the CodeOn way. This is where every great member begins.
You have stopped just learning and started making. Your first real projects exist in the world. You present at meetings with confidence. You contribute to community problem sessions with ideas that have weight. You are building things — and people are starting to notice.
You are no longer building for the sake of building. You are solving real problems that real people have. Your work has touched your community. Something that existed wrong now exists right because of you. That is the Solver standard — and it is not easily met.
You have built something original — something that did not exist before you conceived it. Not an improvement on what was there. Something new. Innovators in CodeOn are rare because this level demands genuine creativity backed by real execution. If you are here, you have earned respect.
You have started something new. A chapter that did not exist — built, structured, running and growing because of your initiative. Pioneers are the reason CodeOn grows. Without them, the movement stops at one chapter. With them, it reaches every corner of the world.
You are not just a member of CodeOn anymore — you are part of what CodeOn is. Architects shape the structure, refine the system, and make decisions that affect chapters across the world. Your contribution is structural. Your legacy is built into the foundation of the movement itself.
A Legend is not announced. A Legend is recognised. After a lifetime of building, solving, innovating, pioneering and architecting — the movement itself decides that your contribution has permanently changed what CodeOn is. You are part of CodeOn's history. You will always be. This is the highest honour the movement can give — and it cannot be taken away.
Titles run parallel to levels. They can be won at any level, at any time. A Spark can hold a title that a Legend has not earned. Nobody in CodeOn is ever complete. Nobody ever stops competing.
Competition Titles are the purest form of recognition CodeOn offers. They are awarded at chapter, regional, national and Grand hackathon levels — and they are entirely objective. You built something. It was judged. You won. Nobody can argue with that. A Spark who outbuilds every Innovator in the room takes home what they earned and no one can take it from them.
Community Titles cannot be won by being the best coder in the room. They are voted on by the people who work alongside you — the members who have watched you show up, lift others, mentor without being asked and make the chapter feel like the family it is supposed to be. You can be the most brilliant person in CodeOn and never earn this. It requires something different. Something deeper.
Innovation Titles are the hardest to earn in all of CodeOn. A plan does not qualify. A prototype does not qualify. A pitch does not qualify. What qualifies is a project that is running in the real world and demonstrably improving real lives — with evidence. The number of people it reached. The problem it eliminated. The change it caused. If you hold an Innovation Title, you have changed something that needed changing. That is permanent.
Every CodeOn chapter runs the same system, follows the same charter and upholds the same standard of excellence — whether it is in Kampala, Nairobi, London or Lagos. That is what makes us one family.

CodeOn is growing. Below is the live directory of all active and announced chapters worldwide. Every chapter that exists started with one person who decided to begin.
CodeOn hackathons are not showcases. They are battles — timed, judged and decided by what you build and what it does. Every level of competition leads to the next. The best rise. No exceptions.
The Grand Competition Title. Permanent. Global. The single most prestigious competitive honour in CodeOn — won at the Grand Hackathon by the team that outbuilt everyone else on the world stage.
Won at the CodeOn National Hackathon. A national Competition Title that marks you as the best builder in your country at that moment. A title that opens every door.
Every competition begins here. The Chapter Competition Title is the first honour a member can earn in competition — and the springboard to everything above it.
Participation in CodeOn hackathons is self-funded by members — because those who invest in their own journey compete with everything they have. Sponsorships and prizes grow as CodeOn grows.
CodeOn membership is funded by its members — people who understand that the most valuable things in life are worth paying for. Every fee goes directly into building the movement that is building you.
All fees are paid securely through Pesapal — accepting MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers. Receipts are issued for every payment.
