Our events arm brings CodeOn members into workshops, hackathons, and partner spaces — including sessions hosted at the U.S. Embassy's American Center in Kampala.

Every event is a chance for members across the agency and outreach arms to build, present, and connect in person.

HACKATHON

Hack 4 Bodas — AI for Smart City Mobility.

CodeOn took part in Hack 4 Bodas, a Kampala hackathon focused on using AI — built with Gemma — to tackle real challenges in boda boda mobility around the city.

The team spent the day building alongside other developers, working through the same discovery-to-demo cycle they'd run for any client project.
